HEALTH ROBOTICS RESPONSE TO KLAS IV AUTOMATION REPORT

Health Robotics recommends that USA Health-System Pharmacists ignore the flawed conclusions, inadequate sample size (0.3% of the USA market), and defective methodology (including vendors’ ability to influence and edit survey results based on payment to KLAS prior to publication) utilized by KLAS Research on its U.S. IV Automation Report, Robots and Workflow Solutions in 2012 with a publication date of October 2012 (but actually published in December 2012), at least until future versions of this KLAS Report address the deficient methodology utilized by KLAS, the ridiculously small sample size, and the biased (favorable) treatment given by KLAS to vendors that choose to pay KLAS for its “services” versus those vendors who chose not to pay KLAS. Health Robotics finally recommends that prospective customers contact their peers at the User Group to get unbiased opinions.
