Health Robotics announced its second consecutive quarter’s record-breaking results, as reported by our sales channel partner Health Robotics Canada Inc. (HRCI) since Health Robotics S.r.l. upgraded its American distribution channels this year. HRCI’s impressive results included new North American contracts for 4 i.v.STATION, 4 i.v.SOFT, and 3 I.V. Room of the Future projects, bringing Health Robotics’ 2010 first semester total to 26 new American contracted installations, compared to 1 new contract announced by all of our direct competitors combined within the same 6-month period, and to zero contracts signed by our prior North American distribution channels during the entire 2009 year.

Health Robotics announced that it has reached final agreements to acquire all assets from Italy-based MEDarchiver S.r.l. and Biomedical Technology Consulting S.r.l., merging these companies’ employees and operations, re-entering direct sales activities in the Italian market, and conducting a re-organization of its Executive Management, expecting to close these acquisitions over the next few months.

Health Robotics and B. Braun Melsungen AG today announced that in exchange for undisclosed consideration, Health Robotics has re-acquired from B. Braun the exclusive marketing, sales, installation, implementation, interface, manufacturing, and technical support European rights for CytoCare, a robot designed to manufacture chemotherapy and hazardous IV Admixtures, and which rights B. Braun had previously acquired from Health Robotics in 2007 and 2008. This amendment to the prior agreements includes the transition of all CytoCare customer contracts from B. Braun to direct Health Robotics' technical support starting on July 1st, 2010.
